Pickup & Drop-off

• Pickup and drop-off locations must match the confirmed booking.
• Guests are responsible for providing accurate flight details, hotel information, pickup location, and contact information.
• Requests to change the pickup or drop-off location, flight details, or booking information are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Additional Stops

The following surcharges may apply and are payable directly to the driver in cash, unless otherwise arranged in advance.

• Standard additional stop: PHP 500 per stop.
• No additional charge will apply for stops made along the existing route that do not require a significant detour, subject to the driver’s assessment and operational feasibility.
