Booking & Reservations
Simply browse our available tours or transportation services, select your preferred option, complete the booking form, and submit your reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation voucher via email.
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and vehicle. For transfers, reservations should be made at least 7 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
Yes. Your booking is confirmed once your reservation is successfully completed and payment (if required) has been received. You will receive a confirmation from Explore Cebu Tours & Travel containing your booking details and any important travel information.
Yes. Changes to your booking may be requested before your scheduled service and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply depending on the requested changes.
Payments
We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers, online payments, and cash (where applicable).
Payment requirements vary depending on the service booked. Instructions will be provided during the booking process or in your booking confirmation.
Airport Transfers
For airport pickup services, our airport representative or driver will meet you at the designated arrival area and assist you with your luggage.
We understand that flight delays can happen. Please inform our Operations Team as soon as possible.

Airport transfers include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time starting from your actual flight arrival time.
Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
Point-to-Point Transfers
A Point-to-Point Transfer is a private one-way transportation service between your chosen pickup and drop-off locations.
Yes. Additional stops are available for an extra fee and must be requested with the driver or, preferably, arranged in advance.
Route changes may be accommodated depending on operational feasibility and may be subject to additional charges.
Private Car Charter
A Private Car Charter gives you exclusive use of a vehicle and professional driver for a specified number of hours, allowing you to visit multiple destinations within your selected service area.
Yes. Private Car Charters are designed to provide flexibility within your booked duration and service area.
Overtime charges will apply based on the vehicle type. Your driver will inform you before continuing beyond your booked time whenever possible.
Vehicles & Luggage
Vehicle assignment depends on your selected service, number of passengers, luggage requirements, and operational availability.
Yes, provided it fits within the vehicle’s capacity. Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with oversized or excess luggage, as an additional vehicle or surcharge may be required.
Yes. Child or booster seats are available upon request and are subject to availability. Please request one during booking.
Tours
This depends on the selected tour package. Please review the inclusions listed on each tour page before booking.
Meals are included only when specifically stated in the tour inclusions.
We offer both Private Tours and Shared Tours. Please check the tour description to determine the type of tour you are booking.
Cancellation & Refunds
Yes. Cancellation policies vary depending on the booked service.
Tours cancelled within 2 days of the scheduled date and airport transfers cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are generally non-refundable.

No-shows are considered non-refundable.
Safety & Operations
The safety of our guests is our top priority. Certain tours may be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please include any special requests during the booking process. While we will do our best to accommodate them, fulfillment cannot always be guaranteed.
